5 SIMPLE EXERCISES WILL DO

When it comes to exercising you  don’t need to spend hours in the gym ,simply do proper exercise along with a healthy diet and you will get on track in no time.

Here is a list of  5 important exercises that will  speed up the process of weight loss and tone up your body at the same time.

1.Plank:

  • a simple exercise that affect a lot of muscle types at once
  • do this to burn a lot of calories
  • start by taking a push-up position on the floor
  • bend you elbows at a 90-degree angle
  • support your body with the toes
  • stay in that position as much as you can while keeping your body straight.
  • extend the plank time each time you do it
  • ultimate goal is 4 minutes.

2.Push-ups:

  • the most common exercise
  • works with many muscle types at once
  • support your body on your hands and feet
  • push up your body with your back in a straight line.

3.Squats:

  • stand up straight with you back and widen your legs just a little bit
  • bend you knees in the squat position at a 90-degree angle
  • start repeating the movement
  • this will burn fat much faster and help you build stronger  muscles

4.Bird-Dog:

  • support your body with your knees and hands
  • stretch one hand and one leg of the opposite side
  • alternate between them
  • keep your body balanced and straight.

5.Lying Hip Raises:

  • work with your gluts and hamstrings
  •  lie on you back
  •  lift your body up with the soles of your feet
  •  squeeze you glut muscles
  •  do the repetitions.
